Recipe: Cooking 'Spicy Beef' with Different Flavors

Guests are coming home, want to cook something different for them? Looking to do something special for that special person on their special day? I bring you a different flavor 'Spicy Beef' recipe.

Materials:

1 kg of beef
1 cup of milk
2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste
2 teaspoons wester sauce
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Cut 5/6 onions into four pieces
3 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of chili powder
6/7 chillies chopped

Method:

1. First cut the beef into long thin slices and wash well.
2. Rub the meat well with milk, red pepper powder, salt, sugar, onion batter, chili powder, tomato sauce and western sauce, marinate it well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
3. Then take a pan in the oven and heat the oil in it with some oil. Then fry the ginger garlic paste in the hot oil and soften it by adding chopped onions.
4. Put the marinated meat in a hot pan and fry on low flame. When fried, add 1 cup of water to cook the meat.
5. Then cover with a lid and cook the makha makha broth.
6. When the broth dries up, take it down and serve the spicy beef.
