Because of the Corona virus: Russia will send Chinese citizens to Siberia!

The Dhaka Times Desk Russia has made arrangements to keep the Chinese citizens in Siberia to avoid the infection of the deadly corona virus. They will be quarantined there for at least 14 days.

Moscow gave this information last Tuesday. Two military planes are being sent to bring back 130 Russian citizens trapped in China's Hubei province, the source of the coronavirus, the country's officials said.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova also said that special arrangements have been made in the Tyumen region of Siberia to monitor Chinese returnees. Russia has a land border of about 4,300 kilometers with China.

Last week, the presence of corona virus was detected in the body of two people in Russia. Russian authorities have announced the closure of schools and colleges in several areas to avoid its nuisance. Crossing the border is prohibited. Passenger trains and flights between the two countries have also been suspended. The concerned authorities have been given special powers to deport a foreigner if he is found to be infected with the virus.

The highest number of deaths in a single day since the outbreak of the Corona virus occurred last Tuesday. 65 people lost their lives that day. Due to which the number of dead has increased to 492 people. About 3 thousand 887 people were infected with this virus in China yesterday. In other words, the number of people affected by the corona virus in China is at least 24 thousand 324 people.

At least two people have died outside mainland China so far. A 39-year-old man died in Hong Kong on Tuesday. He returned from Wuhan city in China's Hubei province, the source of the corona virus a few days ago. Earlier last week, another person from Wuhan died in the Philippines.

So far, at least 10 people have been diagnosed with the corona virus in the quarantined cruise ship at Yokohama port in Japan. However, this number is expected to increase. These 10 people were confirmed out of only 31 results after testing 273 passengers. The total number of passengers on the ferry was about 3 thousand 700.

According to the World Health Organization, 176 people have been infected with this corona virus in at least 24 countries outside of China. China's health authorities said that only 892 people infected with the corona virus in the country have fully recovered and returned home.
