The Dhaka Times Desk Semai is one of the main items of Eid. Eid can never happen without playing Semai. Today's recipe for one of the essential Eid dishes is Dim Semai.

Beat eggs and mix salt in a cup. Fry the semai and keep it in a bowl. After that, in another bowl, boil the fried semai with cardamom salt in hot water, dry the water and mix it with egg. When the eggs are set, sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot. This diet is suitable diet for diabetic patients.
