He also described where he went to seek shelter after the murder. It is said that although he planned the murder from evening, his killing mission started at 2 am. In the deposition, Oishi says, I planned to kill my parents four days ago. I discussed the whole matter with my friend Johnny. He also encourages. We bring two bottles of wine home beforehand and hide them inside the wardrobe. The bottle of wine was given by both friends.
In the deposition, Oishi said, 'I entered my mother's room with a sharp knife on both sides around 2 am. Mom was sleeping on her back. After some time the father died. Sumi was sleeping in the guest room. The door was closed. I called Sumi. And I say, the father and mother have been killed. Sumi wants to know who killed her. I didn't say anything. I took Sumi along and left the bodies of father and mother in the bathroom of my room (the room where father was sleeping). Sumi takes the blood-stained bed sheet from mother's room to my room. After that Sumi cleans mom's room. I shower and change my clothes. Lock my room so that Aihi doesn't understand anything. Then I took Aihi out of the bathroom. Then I told Aihi, mother is a little injured, father has taken mother to the hospital. Tell Aihi, we will go to another place. Father will come and take us. Rabiul uncle also spoke with me. So I took Aihi in the rickshaw to go to uncle's house. Mom went to sleep after drinking coffee. After 11:00 pm I heat the remaining coffee and give it to my father. Dad also drank coffee and went to sleep. Then started drinking whiskey at 1 am. Finished it and started the killing mission around 2 am.
It is to be noted that on Friday night of August 16, the police broke the lock of the sixth-floor B-5 flat of Chameli Bagh in the capital and recovered the bodies of the police couple.
