The 300-year-old Bajra Shahi Mosque of Noakhali has no shortage of glitz. This historic mosque is still standing as a witness of time.

Built on the model of Delhi's Shahi Mosque, the architectural style of Bangladesh still fascinates countless people. Which includes the countless eye-catching mosques across the country.

This 18th century Mughal architecture is the traditional Bajra Shahi Mosque of Noakhali. If you go to Bajra Union of Sonaimuri Upazila of Noakhali District, you can see the Anindya Sundar Mosque. This mosque was built in 1741 under the supervision of Zamindar Aman Ullah during the reign of Mughal Emperor Mohammad Shah.

Built around 300 years ago, the Bajra Shahi Mosque is now considered a major attraction for tourists visiting Noakhali.

The mosque is surrounded by a wall. Its entrance is on the east side. Dighi is near the mosque. It is built on a high foundation on its western side. Because of the unique architectural style, every day many devout Muslims from different parts of the country come here to pray. Many people come to visit.

The Bajra Shahi Mosque is rectangular in shape (16 m by 7.32 m) with an attractive design. It is long from north to south. There are also octagonal towers at the four outer corners. There are a total of 5 doors, 3 in the east, one each in the north and south. Narrow minarets exist on the outside and on either side of the door.
