The Dhaka Times Desk Argument has started again on the issue of match fixing. Now there is news that Ashraful is also involved in match fixing in Sri Lanka. International news media Daily Mirror has given such news.
According to the news, not only in Bangladesh, but also in Sri Lanka's domestic T20 league SLPL, banned Bangladeshi cricketer Mohammad Ashraful was involved in match fixing. British tabloid Daily Mirror reported that Ashraful himself made such a confession to ICC's Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (AKSU).
However, it is not yet known whether the news of Daily Mirror is true in Ado. Bangladesh Cricket Board BCB has not yet given any official response in this regard.
