However, a new study has come out and that is, small juicy fruits such as strawberries can play an effective role in reducing harmful substances in the brain.


Long-term research on the effectiveness of small juicy fruits has come up with many results. But new research examines the efficacy of the small juicy fruit in maintaining normal brain function, particularly in reducing accumulated toxins. It was found that feeding rats a diet supplemented with blueberries and strawberries resulted in changes in the animals' behavioral and cognitive functions.

Researcher Shibu Poulz said, 'In the study, we found that after feeding small juicy fruits, there was a significant improvement in the control of toxic substances in the brain of rats.' "Many brain diseases, such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, are attributed to the presence of toxic proteins," Paulz said.
