Section 144 has been issued in the capital

The Dhaka Times Desk According to the latest news, a ban has been issued on all kinds of gatherings in the capital Dhaka. Dhaka Metropolitan Police said that this ban will remain in force from 11 am to 12 pm today, Monday, May 6.


It is to be noted that after a massive clash between members of the law and order forces in Dhaka on May 5, the Awami League and BNP called for separate rallies in the capital on Monday afternoon. In this situation, there was tension in the capital.

In addition, there has been a massive clash with the law-abiding forces in Narayanganj since dawn. At least 4 persons including 1 BGB 2 policemen are said to have died there.

To control this situation, Dhaka Metropolitan Police issued this ban on Monday morning.
