Prisoners of the FM station RJ!

The Dhaka Times Desk If you listen to such words, the inmates of the prison FM station RJ! Then you will be surprised. But the story is true.

The Central Jail authorities in Thane of India are going to take the initiative to open an FM radio station in the jail! However, the prison inmates will work as radio jockeys in the FM station!

Eknath Sindhe, a prominent Gandhian leader of Thane, visited the Central Jail in Thane recently. Jail Superintendent Hiralal Yadav informed him about the opening of that FM station. The FM station will be launched next month. Jail authorities are planning to inaugurate the radio station by bringing Amitabh Bachchan.

Hiralal Yadav said that the schedule will be arranged keeping in mind the jail inmates. The inmates of other jails of the state can also listen to the program of that FM. 2 prisoners are acting as radio jockeys in each event. The concerned jail authorities believe that they will be able to reach other inmates through the program.
