The Dhaka Times Desk good morning Tuesday, January 3, 2017 Christ, 20 Paush 1423 Bangabd, 3 Rabius Sunny 1438 Hijri. Good morning everyone from The Dhaka Times. Happy birthday to all those whose birthday is today - happy birthday.
The picture is a traditional picture of our village-Bangla. Preparation for sap on palm trees during winter days.
The gachalis climb the tree and keep the palm tree in this way to get soil bones. It is planted in the evening and in the morning the tree is planted. In the morning it is seen that the bone is filled with juice. Date jaggery is made from the juice. In the villages and towns of our country, during this winter, the markets are filled with dates and molasses.
It is very fun to eat juice pita in winter. At this time, the smoke of Ras Pitha falls in the villages. So, just as the hardships of the people in the villages increase in winter, the people of the villages spend very happy days because of pitha-atta. Big thanks to its photographer for such a beautiful picture this morning.
