The Dhaka Times Desk Actor Ilyas Kanchan starrer 'Hahat Doha' is awaiting release. Produced under the banner of Impress Telefilms and Calcutta's Reshmi Pictures, the film features India's Debsree Roy.
The work of the film has already been completed. Actor Elias Kanchan and Kolkata's Debashree Roy played the two main roles in it. Recently this picture has been submitted to the censor.
Ilyas Kanchan said, 'This film is based on Rabindranath Tagore's poem 'Hahat Doha'. The job was very good. The film will be released on 25 Baisakh. Hopefully, the audience will like the film too.'
The film is directed by Shahadat Hesen Bidyut of Bangladesh and Reshmi Mitra of Kolkata. Munira Mithu of Bangladesh, Saheb Bhattacharya of Kolkata, Shankar Chakraborty and others have acted in other roles. Rezwana Chowdhury Banya and Monomoy Bhattacharya have sung two Rabindra songs in this film.
