The much talked about film 'Dub' is releasing on 1st Boishakh.

The Dhaka Times Desk Finally putting an end to all the speculations, the much talked about movie 'Dubb' directed by Mustafa Sarwar Farooqui is going to release on 1st Baisakh.

The news was confirmed on the Facebook page of the film's production company Jazz Multimedia.

Bangladeshi actress Nusrat Imroz Tisha and Bollywood star Indian actor Irfan Khan have acted in the movie 'Dub' produced by Jazz and SK Movies and directed by Mustafa Sarwar Faruqi.

The film will be released simultaneously in Bangladesh and India. Apart from 'Dub', 'Dhyatteriki' directed by Shamim Ahmed Rony and produced by Jazz is also releasing on 1st Baisakh.

It is to be noted that due to some similarities with the life story of Bangladesh's legendary poet Humayun Ahmed, a lot of criticism started about Dub. Because of this, after Meher Afroz Shaon's complaint to the Bangladesh Censor Board, the Censor Board blocked the film.
