The Dhaka Times Desk During Ramadan, we become physically weaker due to fasting. Due to this our natural performance is also affected. But if you are a little aware and follow some things, it is not difficult to be active in Ramadan.

Do important work after Sehri
Try to finish your professional, family or any other important work after Sehri. After taking food, your body will regain its normal energy during this time. This time should therefore be reserved for important work. If the body is very tired, you can sleep for a while and start working.
List the tasks
It is important to make a to-do list during Ramadan. Since you cannot do all kinds of tasks during this time due to fasting, list down the tasks that are most important and keep doing them carefully one by one.
take rest
Try to rest even if you are stressed. You have to remember that during Ramadan you may naturally feel a little tired. So don't put too much pressure on yourself. Excessive stress can make you sick.
Set goals
During Ramadan we usually focus on reading the Quran and learning new surahs. If you have such a desire, don't start with a big goal at first. Suppose you want to learn a new surah. In that case you can memorize two lines per day without trying to learn it all at once.
Sleep for a while before Iftar
If possible, you can sleep for a while before iftar. After coming from office, school or college we are already quite tired. During this time, doing any work while awake can increase the level of fatigue. So taking a short nap will relieve your fatigue and make fasting easier.
