How to make:
Add onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Peel the shrimps, wash them well, bruise them a little, tie a piece of thin cloth and hang them until the water drains. Mix gram flour, cornflour, half teaspoon sugar and green chillies well. When smooth, add fish to it. Add enough salt. Heat oil in a pan. Make fish balls from the mixture and deep fry them. Reduce the flame and fry the bran.
When the bara is fried, leave the batter masala in that oil. If you think there is too much oil, you can take out a little oil and keep it. Add a cup of water when the masala is ground. When the water boils well, leave the beans in it and keep the pan down. Spread salt, butter, cinnamon and cardamom powder on top. Then serve hot.
