E-ticketing is being launched even if it is a movie!

The Dhaka Times Desk The people of Bangladesh have started getting the benefits of Digital Bangladesh. Everyone is getting electricity bills and other benefits at home. The cinema halls of earlier analog systems are nowhere to be found. However, e-ticketing is being launched even if it is a movie one step further.

50 crores have been initially allocated for the development of cinema halls in the country in view of the long-standing demand. At least 7-10 cinema halls will be digitalized with latest technology within next 6 months. There are more than fifty cinema halls in the list. Film Directors Association president Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar said this on the occasion of 'Officer Returns' movie last Wednesday.

Producer Khorshed Alam Khosru, who was present at the event, said that the e-ticketing system will be launched soon. He said that in addition to modern cinema halls, e-ticketing system will also be introduced in cinema halls within 6 months. This proposal is already gone in Pre-Acne. The government is also going to start working in this regard soon.

Khorshed Alam Khosru also said that as a result of this, anyone can easily see how many tickets have been sold by going to the hall's website. Producers can't be fooled anymore. It is said that gradually all cinema halls across the country will be brought under the digital system.
