In this context, model Saif Sayem told The Dhaka Times, 'The story of the film Dahan is very good and exceptional. This short film is based on the love story of two boys and girls from Muslim and Hindu families. Also enjoyed working with Naila Tithi. He acted very well. All of us have done a great job. Hope Dahan audience will like it.'

Apart from Saif Sayem and Naila Tithi, the short film Dahan also starred Anay Iqbal, Jessie, Mamun. Shaon Gunwala has also sung Dahane.
