Apple touched the world's first trillion dollar milestone

The Dhaka Times Desk Apple has become the first trillion dollar company to surpass Amazon and Microsoft. Last August 2, Apple reached the trillion-dollar company after the iPhone manufacturer's share price rose by $207 on Thursday afternoon.

Born on April 1, 1976, Apple is currently the world's biggest technology name. Apple is always in the center of discussion with the birth of various new products. The first iPhone was released six months after Apple co-founder Steve Jobs announced the iPhone at an event held in San Francisco on January 7, 2007.

Since the release of the iPhone in 2007, Apple's shares have soared 1100 percent. As a result of which Apple has been able to achieve this success today. 60 percent of Apple's total revenue comes from iPhone sales.

Since Apple's smartphones and various products and services have gained more popularity around the world, their share prices have been increasing faster than before compared to other companies since last June. Apple also made an announcement about this last Tuesday. In just two days after that, the company's share price increased by 9 percent.
