It has been informed by the university that this curriculum is being introduced from the next academic year for the social improvement of women. The ideal wife certificate will be given at the end of this 3-month course! Initially this course will be introduced under the Department of Sociology. First it will start with 30 students. The authorities of the university also said that the number of female students may be increased later.
According to the university authorities, how to adapt to the new environment after marriage, how to live with everyone in the new family, these subjects will be taught to the women in this 3-month curriculum.
Barkatullah University Vice-Chancellor VC Gupta said, this curriculum is for the advancement of women, but it is undoubtedly a very exceptional initiative. He further said, “As an educational institution, we have a responsibility towards the society. This idea came to us from that responsibility.”
The Vice-Chancellor of the University believes that the women of the society will become stronger if they participate in this curriculum. Along with this, another groundbreaking decision is being considered by the university. Barkatullah University authorities are considering whether the BCA or Bachelor of Computer Education exam can be conducted in Hindi from the next academic year.
Women activists cannot accept this new curriculum of Barkatullah University no matter how much it is said in favor of girls. They said, far from improving women, seeds of patriarchal thinking will be planted in their brains in a well-planned manner.
