About the shooting of the film 'Sapludu', Mim said, 'Since this is the first film of director Golam Sohrab Dodul, he has tried to make this film with maximum talent. All of us associated with cinema have tried to give our best. I am satisfied with my role in this movie. At least I can say without a doubt that the audience will discover me in a new way in this film.'

It is to be noted that the movie 'Daag' starring Mim is awaiting release. Actor Bappi Chowdhury acted opposite Mim in this film. This movie is directed by Tarek Shikder.
