Yair Netanyahu vented his anger on Twitter on Sunday. He also commented that Facebook blocked him for 24 hours as 'unbelievable'. In it, he added a screenshot of his Thursday post, which had been deleted from Facebook. He referred to Facebook as 'thought police'!

A Facebook spokesperson said that Yair's posts fall under hate speech. This statement violates Facebook's standards. Hence his posts have been removed from our platform. All such posts will be deleted. Facebook will always stick to its policy.

"We want to emphasize that posts critical of Facebook are never deleted," the spokesperson added. But his allegation is that Facebook has deleted critical posts, which is completely untrue.
