Joan can now get out of bed and walk a little. He also washes himself and can wear clothes again. Joan, once the world's fattest man, still wants to shed 138 kg of fat.

At first I could walk 6 to 10 steps, says Joanne. Only then I had to sit and read. But now I can walk up to 100 steps. I think this is my biggest success.
