The scene you see is an underwater forest. It is also known as the Underwater Forest of Kandez Lake in Kazakhstan.
In 1911, due to the earthquake, the dam was created and the water accumulated there, creating this lake. The trees that were here before the earthquake were submerged under the water. The amazing thing is that instead of dying, they become more alive and this underwater forest is created. It is 30 feet deep and about 1,300 feet wide.
