Assistant theater director and journalist Imtiaz Mehedi Hasan wrote a life-oriented song titled 'Path Shishu' about the deprivation-struggle of street children living inhuman life and unbearable suffering.
Popular singer Paran has given voice to the song 'Pathashishu' composed by Habib Mostafa, the popular composer of this time. The song was recently recorded in a studio in the capital Dhaka under the musical arrangement of the talented music director Anuk Mostafiz.
Lyricist Imtiaz Mehdi Hasan said about this song, the reality of the society has been presented through the song. There is no room for imagination here. The rich are spending as much as they want on their hobbies but the little street children around them are not able to meet even the minimum needs of life. This scene of deprivation has deeply touched my conscience as a human being. I composed the song from that pain.
Composer Habib Mostafa said about this song, Pathshishisu song is made with two forms of ongoing human life. If our joint effort to awaken the conscience of the rich is successful, we will be encouraged to do more such work in the future.
