Shooting of Obaidul Quader's 'Gangchil' has started

The Dhaka Times Desk 'Gangchil' is being produced based on the novel Gangchil written by Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader. The shooting of this movie has started.

The story of the film 'Gangchil' is mainly based on the lifestyle of people living in a pasture. The shooting of the first phase of the film, which started last Friday in Gangchil area of Companyganj Charelahi Union of Noakhali, will continue for the next 8 days.

Directed by Naeem Imtiaz Neyamul, the film 'Gangchil' will feature hero Ferdous as a journalist and heroine Poornima as an NGO worker.

Actress Rituparna Sengupta from Kolkata is a guest artist in the movie 'Gangchil'. The screenplay of the film is written by Maruf Rehman and Priya Chatterjee.

About this film, director Naeem Imtiaz Neyamul told reporters that the shooting of the film will be completed by the end of March. It is expected that the audience will see the movie in the middle of this year.
