The Dhaka Times Desk Detective Police (DB) has pulled out of efforts to investigate the cause of popular TV actress Mita Noor's death, reports Khabar Online.

DB Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sheikh Nazmul Alam said, 'When an incident occurs, DB's job is to go behind it. And for this, how many strategies have to be adopted. And after Mita Noor's suicide incident, when there was a secret heard outside, we used all kinds of techniques to get some information.'
The Deputy Commissioner said that the information received was helpful for the investigation. But no matter how mysterious the death, it is a case of death. And there was no complaint or case of suicide incitement from the family. Clues would be taken out only if there was a case. DB Deputy Commissioner Nazmul Alam said, 'No one is above the law. But nothing can be done by breaking the law. As it has not been converted into a murder case - there is no need for further investigation by the DB police. Now the police will look into the matter.'

After receiving the report, our investigation team will talk to the family based on the information from Viscera.' He said, 'There is nothing new to say at the moment. It is a case of suicide.'
