He said this while speaking as a special guest at the National Hiful Quran Competition and Award Distribution Ceremony organized by Ahlul Huffaz Foundation at International Convention City Bashundhara recently.
Prizes were awarded to 9 contestants out of a total of 150 in two groups of 30 Para and 10 Para. Out of this, four people in 30 para group and 5 people in 10 para group were awarded. At this time, Humaira Mortuza, daughter of cricketer Mashrafe Bin Mortaza recited the Quran to everyone present.
Thanking Allah for being able to attend the Quran ceremony, Misha Saudagar said, I am a person of another profession but the fear of Allah always works in my heart. Because I am a Muslim. My religion is Islam. I was just sitting here thinking. When the children focus on the left, all the internationals, all the big scholars of Bangladesh, judges, Hafez-Qari gentlemen are sitting here. Competition starts from within him too; What to ask, what to say. You believe that I have memorized 8-10 Surahs in all. I was repeating them again and again. If I am asked if I can say here at all. My heart rate was increasing then. These kids were telling it all candidly here.
Misha Saudagar also said, I have performed Hajj twice at the age of 53. I have fasted a lot, we have never broken fast as far as people know. I have also read a lot of tarabi.
