Many of us know that at least 60 million people around the world are currently displaced. Among them, 2 crore 13 lakh people have been recognized as refugees. 12/13 lakh Rohingya refugees are staying in Bangladesh after being forcibly displaced from Myanmar.

Humanitarian poet, lyricist and composer Mahbubul A Khalid is saddened by this extreme cruelty on refugees from different countries including the Rohingya people. He has written two songs titled 'Rohingya People' and 'Refugees', urging the global conscience to stop the torture of refugees.

Both the songs have been composed and composed by late popular composer Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul. Dinat Jahan Munni, Rajiv, Samran, Elita Karim, Rumana Akhtar and Ritu Hasnat sang the song 'Rohinga People' in ensemble voice.

The song titled 'Udvastu' is sung by Luipa, Mehdi Hasan and Tina Mostari. Both the songs have already been released on Mahbubul A Khalid's own website 'Khalid Sangeet'. At the same time, the video has been released on YouTube's 'Khalid Sangeet' channel.

In this regard, lyricist Mahbubul A Khalid said, Humanity has lost its way today due to extreme torture towards refugees or refugees. Killing, looting, fighting cannot be a solution. Everyone has the right to live beautifully. Racial oppression will be stopped from all over the world only when the conscience of the world wakes up.

Then all refugees will get fair rights. Love wins, not war or violence. Not religion, caste, caste, people and humanity win over all. These two songs express such a message. Hope these two songs will inspire people to protect refugees.

It should be noted that not only the torture of the Rohingyas, but the call to stand by the oppressed of the world can be found in the songs and poems of Mahbubul A Khalid. He wrote a song titled 'Save the Palestine' to stop the torture of Palestinians.

Along with this, Mahbubul A Khalid has written songs about public awareness, nature and country, patriotism, philanthropy, religious and social festivals, sports etc. Anyone can listen to these songs from the website named 'Khalid Sangeet'. You can also download the audio, music track or ringtone of the songs.
