Charminar Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, established in 1591 AD. This establishment introduced Hyderabad to the world court. It is also a recognized establishment listed in India. On its north-east corner is the Lad Bazaar and on the west is the highly-crafted Mecca Masjid made of granite.
Charmina is a mosque composed of two Urdu words four and Minar which translates into English as “Four Towers”. The structure is joined by 4 minarets which help the structure to stand on the ground through 4 arches.
