Emirates will give free visa to teenage tourists!

The Dhaka Times Desk UAE has good news for teenage tourists. The country's government has announced free visas for teenagers under 18 years of age.

According to media reports, this visa program will start from July 15. The Federal Authority Identity and Citizenship Department of the Emirates gave this information last Wednesday. Earlier in July last year in the cabinet meeting of the country, a decision was taken to give free visa to the teenagers, but it was not implemented. Minors below 18 years will get this visa but for a fixed period. And that fixed period is from July 15 to September 15 every year.

However, Emirates authorities have added more conditions for getting this free visa. They said minors under 18 must be accompanied by one of their parents to get a visa. Therefore, the father or mother will again need a tourist visa, short or long term visa.

Emirates authorities hope that tourists will benefit from this visa fee waiver and encourage more tourists to visit the emirate. Major General Syed Rakan Rashidi, Director General of Foreign Affairs and Port Authority, said that tourists can apply for this visa through the smart app. It has been informed that the application for visa can also be made through this website of the Emirates (www.ica.gov.ae.).
