জম্মু কাশ্মীরের পরিকল্পনা কমিশনের প্রিন্সিপাল সেক্রেটারি রোহিত কানসাল বলেছেন, ‘কাশ্মীরের জনজীবন ধীরে ধীরে স্বাভাবিক হবে। চলাচলের উপর বাধা নিষেধ অনেকটাই শিথিল করা হয়েছে। শীঘ্রই পুরো এলাকায় যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা ও ল্যান্ডলাইন পুরোপুরিভাবে চালু করা হবে।’
