According to Indian media reports, Renuka Aradhya once used to live by begging. Today, Renuka Aradhya owns the largest taxi service company in Hyderabad, Chennai, India.
But at one time, Renuka Aradhya did not only beg, but also worked as a maid, machine operator in a factory and sweeper in a printing press to run the family. His development started from that press.
It is known that Renuka Aradhya was born in a poor family in Gopasandra village of Anekal Taluk, Bangalore, India.
His father was unable to support the family of 5 people. As a child, Renuka Aradhya used to beg in the village to help her father.
Meanwhile, Renuka Aradhya was studying in a local school. However, Renuka Aradhya could not go to school most of the days because of her father's work.
He often had to beg and stand in queues to provide free rice and pulses to the poor. Renuka used to sell all those items in the market to buy delicious food for the family.
When that didn't happen, Renuka Aradhya took a job as a maid in a house at the age of 12. There, Aradhya had to wash dishes, market and take care of cattle.
Amidst all this, Renuka Aradhya continued to study. When his father died at the age of 15, the entire responsibility of the family fell on his shoulders.
After that he left the house work and started working in a lathe factory. Then joined a plastic factory.
However, it was difficult for him to run such a large family with that income. So at the same time he also took the job of innocent guard at night.
Then Renuka Aradhya gets a job as a sweeper in a printing press. There, seeing his honesty and interest in work, the owner of the printing press taught him to type, calculate and design on the computer.
With that education, Renuka Aradhya became a salesman of a company. While working as a salesman, Aradhya met a car driver named Satish Reddy. Since then, his fortunes have changed.
Renuka Aradhya quit all jobs after learning to drive from Satish Reddy and started working as an ambulance driver. After working like this for four years, he saved some money. Then in 2006, Renuka Aradhya bought a car with a loan of Rs.
After hard work he bought 6 more cars one by one. Day by day his business started to grow. This is how Renuka Aradhya, the owner of 800 cars today.
Passengers in Hyderabad and Chennai in India now rely on Renuka Aradhya's cars. Renuka Aradhya's transport company is doing a turnover of Rs 38 crore every year.
But Aaradhya's dream does not stop. He said, I have not done to run the family! Begged, washed dishes, even became a night guard. Sometimes I supported the family by working as a gardener. I have made a living by getting coconuts from other people's trees. I once worked as a salesman with a salary of only 600 rupees. Now my company does not have any employees on this salary.
Renuka Aradhya wants to make the business bigger. His only goal is to reach a turnover of 100 crores.
