The death toll from the deadly Corona virus (Covid-19) has increased to 3497. 1 lakh 2 thousand 237 people have been affected by this disease. The World Health Organization (WHO) has asked to follow various rules and regulations to reduce the fear of Corona. Washing hands and feet is given the most importance among them.
Expert Sushrut Banerjee said that viral diseases usually spread from the hands and feet. So it is necessary to wash hands and feet well after returning home from outside.
Let's know how to wash hands to prevent corona virus:
# Turn outside and wash thoroughly with clean water, at least up to the elbows and knees.
# can use soap/liquid to wash hands. But do not use overly alkaline soaps at all. Wash hands and feet thoroughly with handwash made with ethyl alcohol or potassium permanganate.
# Thoroughly wash the surface of the hand, the corners of the nails, every gap between the fingers. If you have any cuts on your hands or feet, talk to a dermatologist and use soap and handwash.
# Dry hands without wiping after washing hands. Keep towels and washcloths very clean.
# At least wash your hands thoroughly with water only if you come into contact with an outside person with a cold while traveling.
