Yesterday (Wednesday) Kim Jong Un gave instructions to the senior government officials in an important meeting to deal with the corona virus and possible typhoon.
For the past few days, reports have been published in the international media that Kim is 'in a coma'. Even earlier, several news were published that he had 'died'. Kim Jong Un came out in public yesterday to dismiss those rumours.
Yesterday (August 26) BBC reported, the day before Tuesday (August 25) at the party's politburo meeting, North Korea's supreme leader Kim Jong Un appeared publicly.
The BBC reported, citing North Korean state media, that Kim was seen smoking a cigarette while appearing at a Politburo meeting. He felt that the state's efforts to prevent the 'terrible virus' were somewhat lacking.
Earlier on Friday, South Korean diplomat Chang Song-min claimed that an unidentified source in China had told him that Kim was 'in a coma'. But he hasn't died yet. Then, for a few days, various international media including New York Post, Fox News, Mirror reported that, 'Kim's health is not good at all. He may have died.
