Misha Ghoshal said, to reach the school from Madarihat had to travel 22 km. There are rivers, canals, forests in between. The river is very dry. You have to wait for the water to subside. "Once, while crossing the river, I was almost washed away. If a boy hadn't jumped in and grabbed me, I might have floated away. Once again the bag and my chatty were washed away. I had a big accident a few days ago. The car overturned while crossing the dry bank of the river. Had to do nine stitches.

After all that, it doesn't seem like a problem anymore. Again, the students also love me immensely, understanding that I am trying to improve the quality of their education. But I am a bit more into girls,' said Ghoshal with a smile.
From the year Misha Ghoshal took charge of that school, only one could pass the Madhyamik examination. And when he got the honor of National Teacher, the pass rate stood at 80% that year. 17 out of 20-21 people have passed secondary school this year. Now Toto's raw faces are like an addiction to him. So Misha Ghosal's journey is not over till today.
