This Quranic garden 'Holy Quran Park' has been built on 64 hectares of land in Al-Khawaniz area of Dubai province. After a long wait, this Quranic Park was inaugurated on March 29.
But one does not have to pay any kind of fee to enter this attractive park. This is what the park authorities of the country said. According to the country's news media, this park has been built on 64 hectares of land in the Al-Khawaniz region based on various events and topics described in the Quran.
The report said that this novel approach was adopted to give people a real understanding of Islam and the Quran. They said that this measure has been taken to present the beauty and miracles of this holy book to the followers of other religions and cultures apart from Islam.
Dubai-based media outlet Khaleej Times reported that entry to the park was free. Also the park is open not only to Muslims but to people of all religions. The authorities think that people will get to know the achievements of Islam better through the park.
It is known that this park also has 12 gardens consisting of 54 trees mentioned in the Holy Quran. It also has an artificial lake. The park consists of main entrance, administrative building, children's play area, Islamic garden, sightseeing, open courtyard and Quranic miracle area.
For the convenience of visitors to this park, relevant verses and events from the Qur'an are written next to each structure. A digital theater has been created here using modern technology. Video images based on various events of Islamic history will also be displayed there.
The inaugurated Quran Park also has various types of installations and arrangements including attractive gates, fountains, glass buildings, running tracks, oases, cycling tracks. 27 million in Dubai currency was spent on the construction of the park.
