The Dhaka Times Desk Iran has warned the United States that any wrongdoing about the country will pay a heavy price.
Yahya Rahim Safavi, one of Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's military advisers and a former commander of the IRGC, has warned that if necessary, Iran will attack US aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf in such a way that they sink under water like submarines.
Former commander of Iran's Quds Force Lt. Yahya Safavi said these words on January 2, just before the first anniversary of the assassination of General Qassem Soleimani.
He also said that Iran has the ability to turn a US aircraft carrier into a submarine within a few hours.
Salavi said, "We will never start a war, but if anyone attacks us, we will deal with it with maximum force."
It should be noted that the former commander of Iran's Quds Force, General Qasem Soleimani, was brutally killed in a drone attack by the US terrorist forces in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, on January 3 last year.
