Corona vaccination has started across the country

Corona vaccination program has started today (Sunday) across the country. This program has started from 9 am today (Sunday) in more than 1000 hospitals across the country including the capital. Several ministers including Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and Health Minister Zahid Malek will be vaccinated on the first day.

The Director General of the Department of Health said this information in a press conference on Saturday afternoon. ABM Khurshid Alam. He also said that so far more than 300,000 people have registered for vaccination.

The Director General of the Department of Health said, "The Minister of Health took vaccination at the Sheikh Russell Gastroliver Institute. Before taking the vaccination, the health minister came to the office of the health department and interacted with the centers across the country. After that Sheikh Russell went to Gastroliver Institute and the vaccination program started.

Khurshid said, '3 lakh 28 thousand 13 people registered for vaccination till 2.30 pm on Saturday (February 6). Centers have been visited, preparations are good in all centres. We hope that we can start vaccination without any hindrance.

He said that Chief Justice Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital will take vaccination. Prime Minister's Office Secretary Tofazzal Hossain will take vaccinations at the National Institute of Neurosciences (NINS) and the hospital. Cabinet Secretary will take vaccination at Sheikh Hasina Burn and Plastic Surgery Center. Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal will take vaccination at Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital. Minister of State for Disasters and Minister of State for Public Administration Sheikh Russell is scheduled to receive vaccinations at the Gastroliver Institute.

Also, the members of parliament, political leaders and local dignitaries in different districts and places will be involved in those centers and they will take vaccinations themselves and cooperate in the activities to continue the vaccination program, said the director general of the department.

It should be noted that the first corona vaccination was started in the country on January 27. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated this program online.
