'Operation Sundarbans' Teaser Revealed [Video]

The Dhaka Times Desk The teaser of the movie 'Operation Sundarban' about Rapid Action Battalion has been released. A web site was also launched.

Bangladesh Police Inspector General Benazir Ahmed inaugurated the teaser and the website in an informal ceremony at the Army Golf Club on the night of February 23.

This movie reflects the water nature of Sundarbans, the struggling life of common people and the story of freeing the pirates through RAB raid.

The film's director Deepankar Deepen said that the film's production is nearing completion after almost three years of work. He said optimistically, I hope the movie will be popular with the audience.

RAB Director General, Additional Director General, film crew were also present at the inauguration ceremony.

In the event, IGP Benazir Ahmed said, I am telling the story in a simple way, but actually it was not such a simple story. Sundarbans looks green, it is a kind of cave and operating here day after day, staying here, how challenging it is can't be understood if you don't go there.
