The Dhaka Times Desk Our life is changing day by day due to various obstacles around us. Various problems appear with increasing age. But some exercises will help you to de-stress. Know them.

Experts believe that nervous tension, insomnia, depression, anger are all forms of mental stress. Due to this stress, serious diseases like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure are taking root in our body. So don't neglect it, but be prepared to face it. These conditions can be relieved by physical exertion and some exercise.

In fact, there is no such model work out to improve stress. Rather, working out or exercise to reduce stress depends on the type of work, environment, age, health etc. For example, for those who work at computers all day, stretching and swimming work well to increase energy. Again, for surgeons or teachers, breathing, yoga stretches and cardiovascular exercises can provide good results. Cardiovascular work out in open environment is very useful for housewives or general jobbers who suffer from boredom. Experts believe that exercising in nature will have a better mood than exercising in a closed room. That is why these exercises have been named green exercises. Some exercises to relieve stress.

Avoid using highly alkaline soaps or detergents.
