Although there is no model work out to improve stress. Rather, work out or exercise to reduce stress depends on the type of work, environment, health, age etc. For example, for those who work at the computer all day, stretching, swimming can work well to increase energy.
Again, for surgeons, teachers, breathing, yoga stretches and cardiovascular exercises can provide good results. Cardiovascular work out in open environment is suitable for housewives, common jobbers, those who suffer from boredom.
