Shapla Bill's picture is really a great picture. Boats in Red Shapala are a really nice sight. Nothing can top such a scene.
Shapla's red world can be seen in the four bills of Wazirpur in Barisal. Satla and Harta are two unions of the upazila. Satla, Nayakandi, Patibari as well as 3 bills in these two unions. A little further away there is another bill in Harta Union. This bill is called Kalbira. The colorful Shapla festival is held across these 4 bills for 8 months of the year. The red flowers blooming on the huge bills make the nature even more charming, a truly wonderful sight.
