As a result of this agreement, MetLife customers will be able to pay their premiums through One Bank's more than a hundred Agent Banking Centers across the country.
Since 2015, MetLife customers have been availing premium payment facility through One Bank's 128 branches and sub-branches. This time, Agent Banking Center has been added to it, ie Metlife customers can now pay premium from any channel of One Bank - Branch, Sub-Branch and Agent Banking Center.
Customers can pay premium from One Bank branches, sub-branches and agent banking centers completely free of charge. And as soon as the premium is paid, the customer will get the money receipt receipt and confirmation SMS.
Agent banking is becoming increasingly popular in the country as major banking services can be accessed even from the marginal areas of the country. Agent banking is also playing an important role in providing digital financial services and increasing financial inclusion in the country.
In addition to paying premiums at One Bank Agent Banking Centers, MetLife customers can use EFT, Online Banking; MetLife website and customer service centers and MetLife authorized ATMs, agent banking outlets and branches and can pay premiums through various modes like Rocket, Bikash and Cash.
