The share price of 43 years ago has risen to 14.5 billion!

According to Babu George Valavi's claim, he now owns 2.81 TP3T stake in the company. However, he alleged that the organization is refusing to pay this huge amount of money.

According to media reports, George Valavi claims that 43 years ago, he and his four relatives bought 3500 shares of Mebar Oil and General Mills Limited of the country. But so far there was no news about them. Recently, while going through his old papers, George found several documents related to that investment. He started looking for the documents of the shares bought from that company in Udaipur.

And that's when he came to know that the current price of the shares he had bought stood at 1,448 crores. George also came to know that at the time he bought the shares, the Udaipur company was not listed on the stock market. But now the company's name has changed to PI Industries. At the same time, it has also been listed as a listed company in the stock market.

When George's son saw the share documents in 2015, he contacted a share agent with the document to find a way out. The agent advised him to contact the concerned agency directly. When George and his son went to the company's office, they were told that the shares had been transferred to other persons in 1989. They were shocked to hear this. They have the original documents, then how the shares were transferred!

George alleged that PI Industries illegally sold his shares to others. So he has now approached the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) with their complaint.
