Foods to avoid before bed

The Dhaka Times Desk Many of us have a habit of eating before going to bed at night. However, there are certain foods that can cause sleep disturbances at night. So it is better to avoid these foods before sleeping.

A report by Boldsky, an Indian lifestyle and health website, mentions some foods that can actually cause sleep problems at night. That is why it is said to avoid eating these foods before going to bed.

Dark Chocolate: Eating dark chocolate before going to bed at night can cause sleep problems. This is because dark chocolate also contains caffeine and amino acids. So avoid dark chocolate at night.

Ice cream: Avoid eating ice cream before going to bed at night. This is because ice cream can also cause insomnia and indigestion. The sugar in it disturbs sleep and also hinders digestion.

Avoid sugary foods: Sweet foods can be one of the causes of sleep problems. Sugar usually increases energy levels. So it is wise to avoid sugar or sweet foods before going to bed.

Coffee: Coffee is a food loved by everyone. However, it is better not to consume coffee before sleeping at night. This is because the caffeine in coffee can stimulate the body's central nervous system, the effect of which can last for 8 to 14 hours.

Those who have dry hands use Moisture after washing their hands. Soap or hand liquid can be used. Why can this virus remain in the crackle (cracked part) of dry hands? Avoid using highly alkaline soaps or detergents.
