According to a BBC report, 4-year-old Cleo Smith disappeared from the tent on October 16 during a family trip near Carnarvon, Australia. Since then, the search for the child started. Detectives are questioning a 36-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with Cleo Smith's disappearance.
Cleo Smith was rescued by police after raiding a house in the Carnarvon area based on forensic evidence.
Western Australia State Deputy Commissioner Call Blanch said in a statement, "Police rescued little Cleo from a room in the house."
Deputy Commissioner Blanch also said, “One of our officers picked up the child and asked, 'What's your name?' The child replies, "My name is Cleo".
