The shocking incident happened on a flight from Tampa to Atlanta. The FBI has arrested a woman passenger on the charge of beating a fellow passenger and spitting on him.

According to NBC News, Patricia Cornwall, a 51-year-old woman on the plane on December 23, was returning to her seat from the toilet. A flight attendant asked him to sit in an empty seat for a while as there was a drinks table in his way. When an argument started between the two people, another passenger sitting in front advised the woman passenger to keep quiet.

Then he got into an argument with that person. The woman shouted at the man to put on a mask. The man also abused and told the woman to wear a mask. Neither of the two was wearing a mask at the time.

Then, at some point in the argument, Patricia lost control and punched the man. He then started spitting on the man when the flight crew members tried to restrain him. A fellow passenger recorded the entire incident on his phone. Later this video went viral online.
