The Dhaka Times Desk This is the first time that National Film Award winning singer SI Tutul and vocalist Sudha have sung a movie song as a duo.
They sang the song together titled 'Ekta Vasant Bickel' in the movie 'Basant Bickel' directed by Rafiq Sikder.
The song is written by popular lyricist Kabir Bakul and composed by Robin Islam. The song was recorded last month at Focus Studio in the capital.
SI Tutul said about the song, it is a romantic song. Its tune and music is composed by Robin Islam. He is a talented musician. This is an absolutely exceptional song. The last song of the year was really good. This song is similar to 'Jai Din Jai Ekaki'. I liked it very much. I think this song will be another milestone in Bengali music. Viewers will remember for a long time.
Directed by Rafiq Sikder, Basant Bickel stars Shipan Mitra, Shah Humaira Suba, Tanveer Tanu, Omar Sani, Shahnoor, Amitabh Reza Chowdhury, Tanha Tasnia, Aman Reza Pramkh. The film is slated to release this year itself, said its maker.
