The Dhaka Times Desk A film called Radio is being made based on the historic March 7 speech of Father of the Nation Bandabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Which is being produced by director Ananya Mamun.
The director of Nawab LL.B fame is making this film named 'Radio' targeting some 'International Festivals'. The shooting of this film has started from 25th February in Harirampur Padmanadi Durgam area of Manikganj.
The producer of the film, Ananya Mamuner, said that 'Radio' will premiere on March 7. I am making this film targeting only a few 'International Festivals'. Will be released in theaters or OTT later.
When asked why it is being released in the festival earlier, the director said, we all know this story more or less. Foreigners also know that there was an important speech on March 7. However, many people do not know how the speech spread and how it affected the whole country. I want to tell you how much we as a nation fought against adversity and this country became independent.
