The Dhaka Times Desk For the first time in Bangladesh, Arena of Valor, Bangladesh has organized an international quality e-sports tournament with a prize worth of Tk 75 lakhs for the South Asia region.
The popular multiplayer online battle arena game, Arena of Valor, Bangladesh, hosted the South Asia Qualifiers, 2022 for the first time in the country this year. This is the first time that Bangladesh has got the opportunity to host such a famous e-sports tournament at South Asia level.
The registration process for this much awaited and currently very popular Arena of Valor game tournament has already started. Teams participating in the event are expected to compete for a whopping total prize money of Rs 75 lakhs.
To make the tournament more competitive, it will initially be held in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Cambodia and Myanmar at the regional level from March 11 to March 22. 8 teams will be selected from these 4 countries, who will compete in the LAN event organized in Bangladesh from 30th March to 1st April. The winning team of this grand final competition will also get an opportunity to play overseas AIC.
It should be noted that Asian Games 2022 is going to be held in China in September this year. It will include the Arena of Valor as a medal event.
