Shabnam Bubli has joined another new movie titled 'Local'. Bubli will play the lead role in this movie directed by Saif Chandan. According to the producer sources, this movie will show the image of a slum area. The struggle, life and culture of the local people will be highlighted in this movie. Earlier in November last year, Bubli signed another movie named Saif Chandan's 'Coal'. She will also be seen in the role of a protesting woman in the action thriller.
